1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tk1961 ("tk1961", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service available at tk1961.app. These Terms apply to all pages, features, and functionalities of the tk1961 platform, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, slot games, crash games, bonus programmes, and the VIP loyalty programme.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.5 Failed and Reversed Transactions

If a deposit transaction fails or is reversed after the funds have been credited to your tk1961 balance, tk1961 reserves the right to recover the credited amount in full. This may result in a negative balance on your account, which must be resolved before further withdrawals are permitted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be altered retroactively.
• tk1961 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were clearly published in error (palpable error rule). Players will be notified and stakes will be returned.
